2 c. milk
2 eggs, separated and beaten
1 tsp. salt
6 T. melted butter
2 scant c. flour
3 T. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs separately, folding stiffly - beaten whites last. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour into waffle iron.
