3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
3 c. apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Beat until well-mixed. Fold in apples and pecans. Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes.
