30gr butter
1 clove garlic, crushed.
1 tsp. chilli powder.
1 tsp. flaked sea salt, or rock salt.
1 cup fresh unsalted Brazil nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a heavy based saucepan.
Add garlic, chilli and salt and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Toss brazil nuts in and continue to stir for 1-2 minutes.
Drain on paper towel and allow to cool.
