3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 apples, Golden Delicious
3 apples, Red Delicious
1 bunch grapes, green, seedless
1 bunch grapes, red, seedless
1/2 cup chopped pecans OR
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/2 cups mini-marshmallow

Directions:

Core, peel, & chop all the apples.
To make the dressing, combine the eggs, sugar, and butter in a saucepan; stir in the lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. It will thicken quickly. Set aside this dressing & refrigerate until cool.
Place the fruit, nuts and marshmallows in a large serving bowl; stir to combine.
Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix well.
