100 lb. cut-up pork
1 c. garlic juice
1 c. brown sugar (dissolved in water)
19 oz. salt
7 oz. pepper
12 oz. Freezem Pickle spice

Directions:
Mix the above together well and stuff into casings. Smoke the pork sausage 1 1/2 hours at 100º-120º until it colors
