15 jumbo pasta shells
1lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 Cup refried beans
1/2 tsp dried onion
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg directions.

Cook meat, stir in enchilada sauce and seasoning

Place spoonful of refried beans in each shell, then fill with meat mixture. Place in baking dish, cover and bake for 25 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with cheese, bake until cheese is melted.
