MEATBALL INGREDIENTS:
500gr beef mince
1 medium onion, minced
one-third of a cup UNCOOKED rice
1 egg
pinch salt
pepper

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 can tomato soup
1 can crushed tomatoes
rind of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
half a tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
oregano
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all meatball ingredients. Shape into balls. Pile into casserole dish.

2. Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover, bake in moderate oven - 180ºC - one and a half hours.
