4 lb. country-style spareribs 1 med. onion, finely cut 1 c. water 1 c. ketchup 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 T. Worchestershire sauce 2 T. meat drippings 2 T. vinegar 4 T. lemon juice 2 T. brown sugar 1/2 c. celery, chopped
Brown the ribs in a large skillet. When brown place them in a large baking pan. Brown the onions in the meat drippings and add the remaining ingredients. Pour over the ribs and bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350º
