4 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add cornstarch and
beat. Add milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Stir. Pour into unbaked
pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350º and cook 15-20
minutes more or until custard is set.
