lb. bacon
2 large cans pork and beans (about 32 ozs., drained)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
3 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large, heavy pot brown bacon until done over medium heat. Remove bacon. Add all seasonings and butter. Cook approximately 5 minutes. Mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar with cooked seasonings until well blended. Add beans and crushed bacon, stir well. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
