Ingredients:  
1 large can sweet potatoes
cup melted margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup white sugar

Drain sweet potatoes and whip with electric mixer. Add melted margarine, sugar and vanilla; beat well. Add egg; mix well. Pour into casserole and add topping.

Topping

cup margarine
cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons, vanilla extract
cup chopped pecans

Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour over casserole of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
