1 whole chicken, cut up
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put cut up chicken in a large oven proof pan. Bake chicken in a 400 preheated oven for 15 mins. In a separate saucepan, add onions and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 mins. Remove chicken from oven and pour 3/4 sauce over chicken. Return to oven and bake for 35-45 mins. Turn chicken over and add remaining sauce. Cook for 20 mins or until no longer pink inside.
