8 slices day old bread
Evaporated milk
1 large onion, finely chopped
salt & pepper
4 lbs ground chuck

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into meatballs and brown in a little oil. Drain and cool. Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, divide into meal size portions and place in freezer bags. You will have a great meal starter for a busy day. Just add a sauce such as commercial spaghetti sauce or barbecue sauce.
