2 cans white shoe peg corn (drained)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix butter and flour in casserole dish. Add corn and whipping cream. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (I usually bake for 25 minutes uncovered, and then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 more minutes).
