1 pound ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
4 hamburger buns

In a large skillet, saute chuck and onion over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally and breaking up lumps, until meat is no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
Stir in ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste and cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Divide mixture among hamburger buns.
