1 lb. hot pork sausage 8 oz. cream cheese 1 t. Cajun seasoning 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
Brown and crumble sausage. Drain grease. Combine sausage with cream cheese and Cajun seasoning. Stuff mushrooms. Bake at 350 until mushrooms are brown and bacon/cheese mixture is bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
