3 lbs. crab legs
3 lbs. jumbo shrimp
3 dz. little neck clams
1 bunch parsley
2 onions-sliced
4-5 crushed cloves of garlic
exra virgin olive oil to cover bottom of pot
1 1/2 stick of butter
salt/pepper to taste
3-4 tbsp hot paprika or crushed peppers
3-4 tbsp garlic salt or seasoning salt
2-3 cups of water

Directions:
In a stock pot pour enough olive oil to coat the bottom, add garlic and saute until light brown. Add water and 1 1/2 stick of butter. Add all the seafood placing the shrimp on top and cover with remaining ingredients topping with 1 stick of butter. Pour 2-3 cups of water and let stem for approx. 15 minutes until all the shrimp have turned red. Place lid on pot. Set flame on med.
