Crockpot Enchiladas Recipe

2 lbs ground meat
1 onion
1 jar taco sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 pkg flour or corn tortillas
2-4 cups grated mexican cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Season to taste. Add taco sauce, enchilada sauce, soups and green chiles. Simmer till all is cooked together.

Layer the bottom of crockpot with tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese. Repeat until all meat is used ending with a layer of tortillas and cheese on top.

Cook on low for approximately 2 hrs.

If mixture has been refrigerated before cooking, turn crockpot to high until mixture gets hot, then turn to low.
