1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 small garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Shake thoroughly in jar. Place meat in heavy duty plastic bag and pour sauce over meat. If you do not have a heavy duty bag- use 2 thinner ones, one inside the other. Close with twisty. Let meat marinate in sauce all day, turning frequently. At grilling time remove meat from sauce and rub with kitchen Bouquet. Grill to desired doneness. Use sauce to baste while cooking.
