1 baked pie crust
¼ c. butter
1 c. sugar
½ tsp salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 egg
Vanilla Ice Cream

Meringue:
3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Put into blender. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, yolks, and egg and blend well. Cook till thick. Cool. Layer ice cream, ½ sauce, ice cream, sauce. Freeze well. Spread meringue on pie. Bake at 500 degrees till slightly brown. Serve immediately or freeze.
