1 baked pie crust
c. butter
1 c. sugar
tsp salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 egg
Vanilla Ice Cream

3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter. Put into blender. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, yolks, and egg and blend well. Cook till thick. Cool. Layer ice cream, sauce, ice cream, sauce. Freeze well. Spread meringue on pie. Bake at 500 degrees till slightly brown. Serve immediately or freeze.
