One Pkg.Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs. diced potatoes (with or without skin)
1/3 cup olive oil
Extra Lawry's salt and paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and place in a plastic bag for qbout 1/2 an
hour....
Pour into round or rectangular baking pan (greased) and bake
35 to 40 minutes (or longer)...Stir a couple of times while
baking....Bake until golden brown in colr and before serving,
sprinkle with a little dry parsley for color....Bake in a 425
degree oven.....
