1 large can (29oz) pure pumpkin
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 plus 1/3 sugar
3 cups flour
3tsp. cinnamon
3tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt

Beat together pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar until mixed well. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to pumpkin mixture. This makes a sheet cake size pan.

Bake at 350 for about 25-35 minutes or until edges brown. Cool before frosting.

1/2 cup butter (softened)
5 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
1tsp vanilla
beat together
