1 package Oreo Cookies (18 ounces)
Note: Use only Nabisco Oreo cookies
1 package cream cheese (8 ounces) softened
2 - 8 ounce packages of Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate- (MELTED)
Directions:
Directions:
1)Wash hands thoroughly
2)Crush 9 cookies to fine crumbs in food
processor or rolling pin and set aside
3)Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs and
place in medium bolw
4)Add cream cheese and mix until well blended
5)Roll mixture into 42 1" balls
6)Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on wax
papered baking sheet
7)Sprinkle with crushed cookies performed in
step 2
8)Refrigerate until firm- about 1 hour
9)Store covered in refrigerator
