3 ¼ c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ sticks margarine, chilled
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp almond extract
1 c. sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut margarine into flour mixture until in resembles coarse meal. Beat the egg and half and half until frothy. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture stirring until moistened. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little flour.
