Ingredients:  
1/2 cup oil (any kind..corn, peanut, vegetable)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 to 1 tsp dried oregano
1 fresh garlic clove smashed and minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper
Crumbled feta to taste (optional..not in original recipe)
1 small head lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic salt and pepper in a jar. Shake well before serving.
Add feta to taste, if desired.
Pour over washed, dried and torn up lettuce.
