1 lb ground beef
1 C minced onions
2 C cooked kidney beans (about 2 cans)
1 1/3 C condensed tomato soup (about 1 1/3 cans or more if you want)
1 can diced tomatoes---drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 -2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Red pepper to taste
Flour to thicken if needed

1. Brown beef with onions.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Stir frequently.
