6 cups flower, sifted
6 teaspoon baking power
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 oz pure lemon extract (1/2 tablespoon)
1 cup crisco
1 stick butter or oleo, at room temp
6 eggs, Medium
1/4 cup milk or less
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add crisco and butter(or oleo). Beat
eggs, milk and extract. Add to dry ingredients. Roll in small
balls. Bake 5 to 7 minutes on center rack in a 350º preheated
oven.

Warm icing, drop a few cookies at a time in the icing. Put on
rack.
