1 small can crushed pineapple
1 3 oz package lime gelatin (or mixed fruit)
1 12 oz whipped topping
1 12 oz cottage cheese
lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Put pineapple in small saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes. Add gelatin and cook 2 minutes longer. Set aside to cool. Stir together well whipped topping and cottage cheese. Add to gelatin mixture. Pour into molds or shallow dish and chill until firm. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf.
