1 pkg butterscotch pudding
1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c Pet evaporated milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add 1 1/2 c pecans. Boil slowly to soft ball stage (232º F). Remove from heat and beat till begins to thicken. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
