Ingredients:
1/4 C. Butter or Marg.
1/4 C. Flour
2 C. Whole Milk
dash of pepper

Directions:
Melt butter in the bottom of a pan and add flour. Slowly add milk. I use a wire whisk to make smooth. Continue stirring on med heat until think. Add dried beef cut into chunks.
