4 cups flower
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 stick butter at room temp
3 large eggs at room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk, 2%
1/2 cup sesame seed, toasted
1 cup shortening

Directions:

Mix the eggs, vanilla and milk and set aside. Combine the
flower, toasted sesame seed, baking powder, sugar,
shortening and butter (using
your hands break the shortening and butter in small pices and
make sure that each pice is covered with flower). Work the
egg mixture in the flour mixture.

Using a cookie machine drop cookies on an ungreased
cookie sheet and bake on the center rack of a preheated 375º
oven for about 15 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies is
brown.

Allow cookies to cool.
