4 oz. blue cheese (Maytag)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 C sour cream
1 Tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Crumble cheese and combine all ingredients.

If smoother texture is desired, process in blender or food processor. Chill.
