1 c. milk
pinch salt
pinch raw sugar
whole wheat flour
butter or peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and salt together. Beat in flour until
the mixture is the consistency of heavy cream. heat a very large
skillet and melt some butter. Pour about 1/3 c. batter into the pan
and tilt it so the batter covers the pan. When the edges crisp up,
turn it over an lower the heat. When the pancake is cooked,
remove to a warm plate and serve with butter an sprinkled with
raw sugar or jam.
