1 6 oz. pkg. (1 C) Nestles' Butterscotch morsels
3/4 C unsalted butter
2 T boiling water
1 t. baking soda
2 C rolled oats
1 1/2 C sifted flour (regular)
3/4 C sugar
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine morsels and butter and melt over boiling water.
Remove from heat. Mix 2 T boiling water with soda and add to
Butterscotch mixture. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop on
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
