1/2 cup flour
1/4 lb butter or margarine
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 large carton cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small packages instant pudding, pistachio, lemon or chocolate
3 cups cold milk

Directions:

Mix flour, butter, and nuts together. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. at 325. Let cool.
Filling: Whip together cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar. Spread on baked crust. Mix 2 small packages of pudding with 3 cups of cold milk; beat until thick. Spread on top of filling. Put remaining cool whip over top.
