2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. grated havarti cheese (plain)
3-4 T. mayonnaise
4-6 sliced green onions
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raspberry preserves with seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Line a pie plate with seran wrap. Mix ingredients except preserves. Add Mayo to taste & lightly moisten. Push in pie plate. Heat preserves in microwave for about 3 minutes. Drizzle on top after you have inverted on a plate. Serve with crackers of your choice.

My friend Jill served this at a party. I have taken it several places and it is a huge hit. Sounds odd but tastes great.
