3 - 4 large greenpeppers, softened in boiling water about 5 minutes
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chpd onion
1/2 c. chpd celery
1 small jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion & celery. Add Prego. Stuff peppers with mixture & place in casserole dish. Bake until thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

You can add cooked white rice to the mixture to bulk up the peppers.
