2 16oz pkg Vanilla Bark Coating
1 12oz pkg White Chocolate Morsels
1 6oz White Chocolate BAking Squares
3 T Shortening
1 16oz pkg Pretzel Nuggets
1 8oz pkg Animal cookies
1 cup coarsely Crushed Hard Peppermint Candies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 inngredients in a 6qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on Low 1 hour and 30 min or until vanilla bark and chocolate look very soft. Uncover and stir until smooth. Stir in pretzels, cookies and crushed peppermint candies. Drop cookies by heaping tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand 1 hour or until firm.
