1 lb Beef Tenderloin Tips - cut into bite size
2 cans French Onion soup
1 sm jar Mushrooms, drained
1 lg carton Sour Cream
1 lg pkg Extra Wide Egg Noodlesset sour cream out to

Directions:
Directions:
Set sour cream out to soften. Put meat, soups, mushrooms in large skillet and heat mixture on medium. When mixture starts to simmer, turn heat down to low. Simmer until al lot of the juice is cooked out, about 45 min. sitrring occasionally. In order to keep meat tender, cook slowly. While simmering, in large pan, cook egg noodles. Add entire carton of sour cream to meat/soup mixture and stir. Ready to serve! Scoop noodles into bowl and ladle stroganoff over noodles. Mmmmmm.
