Ingredients:  
2 cups chopped ham, bacon, sausage or combo
2 cups shredded cheese
chopped green pepper & onion, as desired
12 eggs
1 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
3-4 slices bread (crustless & cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Mix with rest of ingredients & pour into 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Cover tightly with tin foil & refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking & keep covered. May top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes & 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350.
