9" graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat cream cheese slightly. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat well until light and fluffy. Pour into crust. Bake 25minutes or until firm. Cool. Refrigerate. Serve with fruit topping.
