6 pork chops
1-1/3 cups uncooked minute rice
1 cup orange juice
1 can condensed chicken & rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt & pepper and brown in skillet. Place rice in 12" x 7-1/2" baking dish. Pour over orange juice. Arrange pork chops on top. Pour soup over. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
