2 Cups Pretzels, small
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Craisins
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Egg White
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake almonds for 7 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 250º. Mix almonds, craisins and pretzels in a bowl. Beat egg white till frothy. Add sugar and salt, beat till it holds soft peaks. Pour over dry mixture and stir to coat. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
