Ingredients:  
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1- 3 # pork tenderloin

Sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons vinegar
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, bourbon, and sugar. Marinate
pork 2-3 hours, turning over from time to time.
Remove from marinade and discard marinade.

Bake 325º for 1 hour or on the grill over low heat for
20 minutes on each side.

Combine sauce ingredients.

Carve pork in thin, diagonal slices.
