1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped
3 Bananas, mashed (the riper the better)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients all together and bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Before I bake it I sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
