1 yellow cake mix
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
3/4 C. water
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cloves
Topping: 1small (1/2 pint) whipping cream
1/2 C. brown sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix first three ingredients together. Then add the eggs and water and then the rest. Beat for 4 minutes. Bake on a cookie sheet with sides 350 for 27-30 minutes. When cooled add topping: beat the whipping cream until thick and stiff then slowly add the brown sugar while still mixing. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread on the cake. Refridgerate when not eating.
