1-1/3 cup shortening
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2-1/2 Tbsp milk
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375º
