Ingredients: 2 lb. ground buffalo 1/4 cup minced onion 1 (15 oz) can refried beans 1 cup water 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 cup brown gravy (dry gravy mix and 1 cup water) 1/2 can mild enchilada sauce 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 8-12 medium size flour tortillas 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350º. In skillet, brown meat and minced onion. Drain and add refried beans, 1 cup water and taco mix. Bring to simmer and keep warm.
2. In separate saucepan heat brown gravy, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water until warmed through.
3. In center of each tortilla portion out meat mixture, roll and place seam side down in 9x13 pan (use second pan if needed). Pour sauce over burritos and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 15-20 min, until cheese is bubbly. |

Notes: Serve with whatever toppings you desire: sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sliced green onions, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped tomatoes, sour cream....whatever!
