2 lb. ground buffalo
1 onion, med size,chopped fine
2 (15 oz) cans stewed tomatoes (or diced)
1 (16 oz) pkg. kluski noodles, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg. sour cream
shredded cheese (cheddar and/or mozzarella)

1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Brown meat with onion in skillet. Mix in tomatoes.

2. In separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream. In casserole dish (9x13) layer noodles, meat, cheese mixture and repeat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake til cheese is bubbly and brown (about 30 min).
