½ stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
16 oz. casserole elbows, cooked
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan melt butter over low heat. Slowly stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Add in cubed cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Never stop stirring this will very easily burn.

Pour cheese mixture over cooked macaroni and blend together. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

Serve with stewed tomatoes and crusty bread.
